That’s why we’re excited to announce the launch of our Employee of the Month initiative: a new way to recognise team members who go above and beyond, bring great energy to work, and truly embody the values we care about.
We’re thrilled to kick things off with our very first Employee of the Month: Shannon! The timing couldn’t have been more perfect — Shannon received the award on her last day before heading off on maternity leave. It’s a small token of appreciation for the huge impact she’s had on the team. From her dedication and creativity to her constant positivity, Shannon represents everything this award is about.
