We're delighted to announce that our Employee of the Month for May is Lucy, our Head of Culture and Brand Strategy!
Lucy goes above and beyond everyday to help Ground Up run smoothly, and gets stuck in wherever help is needed. Alongside excelling in her own role, Lucy has provided a huge amount of help with training new starters and putting together in depth training plans to ensure new staff have a thorough enrolment into the business.
Within her role, Lucy also manages the marketing department and in her time with us, has created a whole new website for Ground Up which has received brilliant feedback and showcases the company perfectly. She also ensures that we have plenty of content on our social media channels and we are maximising our exposure and business opportunities.
Lucy's friendly and helpful attitude makes her a pleasure to work with and we can't wait to see how she continues to grow within the company!
