We're delighted to announce that our Employee of the Month for May is Lucy, our Head of Culture and Brand Strategy!
Within her role, Lucy also manages the marketing department. During her time with us, she has designed and launched our new website, which has received brilliant feedback and perfectly showcases our company. She has also developed operational processes to ensure our customers are fully supported — from quotes and service desk interactions to detailed reporting.
Lucy goes above and beyond every day to help Ground Up run smoothly, stepping in wherever help is needed. Alongside excelling in her own role, she has played a key part in training new starters, creating in-depth training plans to ensure every new team member has a thorough and supportive introduction to the business.
In addition, Lucy works closely with Becky to produce engaging content for our social media channels, create company brochures, and ensure we’re maximising our visibility and business opportunities.
