So, What Is 'The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses UK Programme'?
The programme supports small enterprises and helps them to discover how to successfully run and expand their business. With 100 hours of tuition, the programme combines online and in-person residential sessions to provide an engaging, flexible experience tailored to the busy lives of small business owners.

Throughout the programme, Antony has learnt how to nurture Ground Up, helping to grown its success. He has also developed a five-year Growth Plan. Through online and residential learning, Antony has taken part in specialist workshops, business coaching sessions and group activities with other participants.
We asked Antony, how he got on...
"Taking part in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses programme has been a game-changer for me, both personally and professionally. The structured approach of the Business Growth Plan (BGP) gave me the tools and clarity to focus on scalable, strategic development for Ground Up.
Beyond the content, one of the biggest takeaways was connecting with a network of like-minded business owners, being able to share insights, challenges, and ideas with others on the same journey was incredibly inspiring. It’s been an intense but rewarding experience, and I’m coming away with a stronger business and a broader perspective."
